CLASS SCHEDULE:

Red Ball:

Tues, Wed or Thurs – 3:30pm | Sat – 8:30am

Orange & Green Ball:

Tues – 4:15pm | Thurs – 4:30pm | Sat – 9:15am

Development Squad:

Wed – 4:30pm to 5:45pm

Performance Squad:

Mon – 5:00pm to 7:00pm
