HOTSHOTS Classes
Tennis Hot Shots is a program designed to help every child, no matter their age or ability, jump in and start playing tennis. Tennis HotShots is played on smaller courts with modified equipment for your child, including lighter racquets, lower nets and low compression balls that don't bounce too high.
Coaching sessions are run by qualified Tennis Australia coaches in a fun-filled learning environment. Each lesson is being run in small groups and promotes participation and inclusion, where kids are introduced to a sport they can play for life.
Red Ball Stage (Kids from 5 to 8 years old) - 45 minutes
- Tuesdays or Wednesdays or Thursdays from 3:30pm or Saturdays from 8:30am.
Orange Ball Stage (Kids from 8 to 11 years old) - 60 minutes
- Tuesdays at 4:15pm or Thursdays from 4:30pm or Saturdays at 9:15am
Green Ball Stage (Kids from 10 to 12 years old) - 60 minutes
- Tuesdays at 5:15pm, Thursdays at 5:30pm or Saturdays from 9:15am
Price is 15 dollars/session paid termly.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Weather Cancellations
If a session is cancelled due to rain or extreme heat, players will be offered a make-up class during the current term.
If a second (or more) weather-related cancellation occurs within the same term, players may choose to either make up the session or receive a credit/refund in the following term.
Medical Absences
If your child is unable to attend a tennis class due to a medical appointment or health-related issue, please contact Francisco to arrange a make-up class or refund.
Proof of the medical reason (e.g. a doctor’s note or appointment letter) will be required.
Mid-Term Withdrawal
If a player withdraws from the program partway through the term, 50% of the remaining fees for the rest of the term will be charged.
Communication
In case of rain, parents will be notified via SMS at least one hour before the session starts.
If you do not receive a message, please assume the session is going ahead as scheduled.
Invoices
Invoices are issued during Week 2 and are due by Week 5. A $5 administrative fee will be applied to any invoices not paid by the due date.
Credits, Discounts, and Refunds
Credits, discounts, and refunds are only applicable to invoices paid by the due date.
